which raid apply for HP P2000 G3 SAN with 24x1To disk who's contains vmware Virtual machine (file servers).

 

how many vdisk and lun create ?

 Hi,

 

thanx for you reply but i prefer a personalized assistance , because doc are out of date,

i have sphere 6 without lun limitation and new vaai feature and 24x1To (doc speak about vmware 4 with lun size limitation et no vaai)

 

i want to know which raid level use (5, 6 or 50) et how many disk in can i put in each raid array for a good ratio security/performance.

 

and how many vdisk and lun create for my vmfs datastore.
