MSM 760 Public Access Local and Remote Login
My company has inherited an MSM760 at a hotel. The hotel wants remote RADIUS and HTML authentication. However, when this is enabled, the hotel reports:
- The remote login page comes up
- RADIUS auth is successful (this is verified on the RADIUS server)
- Then, the LOCAL login page comes up and the user has to log in again with a local account.
We have several other MSM units in production in the field, and I've never seen this happen. Anybody have any idea about what setting(s) to check? I'm very stuck here.
Thanks in advance,
Brandon
