How to change a mail's header?

I want to change a mail's header when sending a mail using cmd 'mailx'.
How to make it true?
for example:
"content-type=text/html"
"content-transfer-encoding=7bit"

Considering your previous messages about sending a mail in html, maybe you should generate the full message (headers and body) then submit it using the sendmail command instead of the mailx command.
