Re: how to configure the mail server on DNS ?

Hi,

one is to use a wildcard MX record in DNS which points to the Groupwise SMTP gateway for all external mail. The other thing to try would be the sendmail option: fallbackMXhost in sendmail.cf. When all else fails, the e-mail would be
routed to via the fallback MX host - in this case, once again, the Groupwise
SMTP gateway.

hi,
Can you resolve the IP address of mail.xian.com.cn host ?
can you paste your forward zone database file's contents here
