root@Servernam - mail to be stop

Hi Experts,

I am getting daily mail from HPUX box form the following mail id

“ root@Servername.co.uk”

How to stop this mail id, please guide me.

The content may point to the initiator.

Several subsystems (e.g. diagnostics etc) may send a mail to root.

Are you the sysadmin or one of the sysadmins for the "Servername" organization ? If yes, it is easy. Just scan your systems and figure out which one or ones are set up to send daily email messages. And turn the one spamming you, off or take yourself out of the email list it uses. Without knowing the setup, it is hard to give you advice how to accomplish this as every sysadmin does it in his or her own preferred way

I assume this is maybe from diags, cron, backup, ... etc. directly sent by the system to root (maybe forwarded to you) - so the contents of the mail will suggest from what application the mail is sent.
