Insight Control for Microsoft System Center

HI

We tried to implement the Insight Control for Microsoft System Center (Cfr document attached).

http://h18013.www1.hp.com/products/servers/management/integration-msc.html

I checked all the notes attached and the installation seems to be ok.

The problem is that I'm not able to add any enclosure or linux/esx to the HP Device Monitor Console.

I always have the following errors :

In the application log :

Authentication error with device 10.1.113.59. Make sure device credentials are correct.

I checked the credentials several times and everything is ok. When I'm connecting on the onboard administrator interface with IE and the service account credentials, it's working well.

In the OnBoard Admin Syslog, I could also see the connection from my monitoring server :

Feb 2 14:45:52 OA: scom_ops logged into the Onboard Administrator from 10.1.90.154

From a credentials point of view, everything seems ok, but I'm not able to add an enclosure into the HP Device Monitor Console.

I tried to add an ESX Server, and I've got exactly the same behavior. I reinstalled the application on a brand new server, and same behavior.

Regards

Christopher
