ASI Certification for ALM - Exam HP0 M46

Hi

I passed this exam last Wednesday (11/14/12) but my Certification on the Home Page of the Learning Center has not updated, it is showing overdue.  In My trancripts it does show completed succesfully.  Core requirement is also shown as completed. 

How do I get the Home Page updated to show Certification Status as obtained rather than overdue please?

Typically exam results show up in 3 days. If it's taking longer, I need to know where you are located so I can direct you to the appropriate support center for further investigation.
