Battle with Partner Ready Certification and Learning

Hello Everyone,

I work with HPSM and want to take another HP certification. I changed my job last year and lost my access to my former e-mail company which I was using to accest the certification portal. I tought it would not be a problem since I have my HP Learner ID.

I opened a request to register myself with my new corporate company and since August,19th I'm exchanging e-mails with "Partner Ready Certification and Learning Specialist" withouth any progress... I'm afraid that either one of us are drunk and/or we are not speaking the sama language.... Anyone can help me?

Bellow you can find the exchange of the e-mail from the newest to the oldest..

Hi Breno,

Please Register as Partner else you will have limited access to The Learning Center and will not be able to access partner restricted material.

If you require access to partner restricted material and believe your company is an HPE Partner, then you will be required to go back to the below site and register again.

Partner Registration Link: https://partner.hpe.com/web/upp-ww/registration

NOTE: The attached guide can be used as a reference, in case you choose to register again under the partner option.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Breno,

Will you confirm that you want to retain the same Email and country as Brazil and will not update anything on that or would you like us to create a new profile under diff region and will link all your certifications and learning to the new Learner ID?
Please confirm.

Strange limitation for a Word Company. But no problem, bind my account with Brazil region. It didn't change anything for me and I need to preserve my history education because I want to take a certification test that requires my previous certification.

I'm the same person. I'm only works for one Poland branch of company at the moment, there is no reason to start my education from the beginning.

Hi Breno,

Please note, your previous learning account is under Country “Brazil”, on the registration below you are looking for access under Country “Poland”. We would not be able to link on update your account since the accounts are of two different Regions.

We will have to create a new HPE account under country Poland. Please confirm.

Hello,

The e-mail breno.abreu@xxxx.com.br was mine, from my former employer.

I left the company last year and don't have more access to this e-mail. Now I work for xxxx and want to take another certification. This is why I would like to change my HPE Learner ID to my new professional e-mail: breno.abreu@xxxx or to my personal e-mail (better for me): breno.abreu@xxxx.

Thanks for the quick answer!

Here are the instructions for switching your association to your new employer.

Certificates follow you and are in your name.

Once you start at your new employer, you can transfer your certifications over.
