Hi,
I am kris working for HCL . I was thinking of completing my certification in "Implementation of Service Manager v7". but i could not
find it in the active certification list. Has it got expired?? Also i could'nt find it in the expired list either. What i could make out is Service manager Design and tailoring v7 has got replaced by Implementation of Service Manager v9.
I am completely confused. Can anyone help me out regarding which one i should attempt or complete to get certified?

Re: Certification!!
Hi Grant,
We do not have a Master ASE Convergence certification that is inactive. I have browsed the list of certs - both active and inactive - to see if I could I could an alternative certification that you are referring to but nothing stood out.
The Master ASE CI will be launching 15th Jan.
Please give me a little more information regarding the certification you are referring too?
Thank you,
Seana

Re: Certification!!
Hi Grant,
Congratulations on obtaining two MASE credentials from HP.
There are specific upgrade paths for existing certification holders. You can check out the requirements at http://h17007.www1.hp.com/us/en/training/networking-portfolio.aspx
Sorry to be slow in responding,
Seana
