Downloading earned certificate

Downloadable, print-ready versions of e-Certificates, ID cards, and level insignias are available on the My Learning portal for all certifications that show as "Acquired" in The Learning Center. For e-Certificates and ID cards, visit MyLearningHPE.com/hpcpbenefits/certs.aspx.

We've checked the page and it seems to be working now. Please try the page again and let us know if you run across any issues. You must have a valid certification for download options to show.

hi i downloaded the certificate but its so plain the cert doesnt have important info like instractor signature even the name of instractor

Thank you for your feedback. We are in the process of updating the look of the certifications as well as creating certifications for the training. As we update them, we'll announce it.

I need to donwload my earned certiicate and id cards, I have been click to all links here and there, and the links provide by customer care or in any forum is just making things round and, It would be better if you add the certificates right in to the learning portal. Its very very complicated to find things.

I'm sorry you are having difficulty downloading your certificate.

You have a couple of options on getting to the page that lists your certification. 1-Go to https://www.mylearninghpe.com/hpcpbenefits/certs.aspx. At the bottom of the page, you will see your certifications and options to print various sizes and the ID card. You'll need your log-in details to access this page. 2-From the MyLearning home page: https://www.mylearninghpe.com/hpcpbenefits/community.aspx (via login), click on the Benefits tab and then click on e-certifications and ID cards. There you will see at the bottom of the page your list of certifications and print-out options.

I passed the HPE02-W11 Certificate, but till now I haven't earned the certificate.
