Exam via experOne failed to start

Hello,

 

I have the following problem :

 

when starting the exam service manager 9.x : Advanced Proficiency Exam (ID: 01254383) , I received the error 'perception server cannot process your request' (see attach)  but my credit is  decreased by one.

Actually my credit for this exam is 0 whitout any answer sended ...

 

who can reset my number of credit and solve my problem ?
