Hi,

I have similar, if not more issues also. I'm an Aruba partner that came over to HPE with the purchase of Aruba. I've had this for 5 weeks, multiple tickets started, but no change, and very little response that has been helpful.

Have you had any luck, and how?

I am having the same issues (120444 error, user record doesnt exist) when my technicians are trying to  access the training portal (SABA). Please Help!!!!
