Pearson VUE payment issues

After trying to pay for the HPE2-W07 exam, the pearson Vue website redirected me to the home page and when I try to access the exam page again it shows a profile error or invalid payment as shown in the image below, has anyone been through this or know how should i proceed, i have already tried to speak to the pearson vue team but they do not respond and the HPE team asks me to look for pearson vue.

the picture shows the following message --> ( The action you requested could not be performed. This may be related to the entry of your personal information or payment. Please contact customer service for assistance. Telephone numbers can be found at pearsonvue.com/contact.  )

Hello Daniel,

Thanks Janet, I managed to get in touch with the technical team at perason vue and they solved my problem, it was some kind of blockade. thanks for your attention i will mark the topic as solved.
