Pearson Vue Profile Name is incorrect

My Pearson Vue Profile name did not sync with my HPE Learner ID: PL72326637

My real name:

First name - Kong Onn

Last name - Ng

Contact to your area or region, its a chance to asking for Government ID, but should be remember message to them active ID.

I’ve always contacted support for this and there’s no issue.

Please refer to my Learner ID, that’s the correct name. I’ve also taken exam online and there should be a record of my ID document - my driving license.

I just need the middle name removed in Pearson Vue.
