Problem: I can't get my certificate from web-page www.myexpertone.com

Hi,

 

I passed "HP ATP - Asset Manager v9." exam, but ... :

1) On web-page www.myexpertone.com i don't see my "HP Lerner ID", i see only "Pending" status

2) On web-page www.myexpertone.com/hpcpbenefits/certs.aspx i don't see my "HP ATP - Asset Manager v9." certificate

 

What i need to do in this situation?

It takes up to 5 business days for your certification show in My ExpertOne.

 

Please let me know if you don't see it within 5 days.
