Single Sign-On Error for IQ and even assistance
Dear forum
I have created an account as partner
OCA works fine
But when I try to access IQ I have a
Single Sign-On Error
Even when accessing Assistance, I have the same error
My partner admin revoked access to IQ and created then again with same Issue
I tried, several browsers, several computers and several locations, with same error
Simple question: how can i make business as HP partner if I cannot register deals and make quotation??
I have the error for more than 2 weeks now, and escalation to aour HP account manager did not help much
