The Learning Center down? Newly registered account

Hi,

I just registered for an account as a 'HP Customer'. I got the email to verify my account and have verified it.

I want to register for exams/certifications but I do not know where to access it, is it via the Learning Center? It is currently down for maintenance for quite a few days. Any idea when it will be up?

Thanks.

Re: The Learning Center down? Newly registered account

Hi,

Welcome to the ExpertOne community!

It can take up to 48 hours to verify your account on The Learning Center.  Once the verification process is done, you'll receive an email giving you login information which will take you directly where you want to go.

Once you have access to The Learning Center you will be able to assign HP ExpertOne certifications to your transcript.  Once you do that, just click on the certification title and that will let you drill down to the requirements as well as let you access links to register for Exams.

In the meantime, if you don't have access to The Learning Center, please go to our Certification Explorer tool at http://www.certificationexplorer.com to see what all of the requirements for the certification you are interested in.

Don't hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions!

Thanks,

Michelle
