Does the old employer MUST allow me to take certificates and qualifications to another company? The old employer paid me all the exams that I took, but they are all on my name and I learned them. Is there any rule in HP for this situation? Thanks.

SolutionThe certificates follow you and are in your name.
Once you start at your new employer, you can transfer your certifications over.
Instructions can be found here.
Please let me know if you have any difficulties with this process.
Again, industry best practices dictate certifications follow the certificate holder, not the employer.
Thank you,
