Unable to generate HP Learner ID - Need contact details of HP Expertone

Last week, i tried registering for HP Learner ID and i did received email saying that HP Learner id will get generated in 3 business days.  Again today when i enquired about the status of HP Learner ID, i got an email saying that HP Learner id is not Found.

Eagerly need help in getting HP Learner id.

Details used creating HP Learner ID:

Name : Lavanya

Last name: Srinivasaiah

Email id: lavs313@gmail.com

Kindly let me know why the HP Learner id is not generated. Due to this, not able to take up any HP certification.
