VUE Single Sign-On Error

Hi,

i'm just asking how to resolve this issue on accessing schedule and purchase and always prompt the signe sign on error and it says, "The action you requested could not be performed. This may be related to the entry of your personal information or payment. Please contact customer service for assistance. Telephone numbers can be found at pearsonvue.com/contact.".  

this message prompt after i key in the credit card number. can you please help me fix this issue?
