We're making some changes...

Last month we surveyed the community of HP certified professionals about how we could increase the value of the information we share with you, and we received a lot of great feedback.   We will be incorporating this feedback into our communications programs over the coming months.

 

Here are some highlights from the survey.  What do you think?  Is there something you would add to this list? Let us know and we’ll incorporate that into our planning!

  • More customized information based on the certifications you hold
  • Personalized notifications of critical updates and certificate expiries
  • Clearer training paths for specific certifications
  • More advanced / timely information about upcoming courses
  • Clearer paths to locate web resources for certification

This is great feedback from our community.

 

On point 2 we are implementing now a global alert process to ensure that our valued Professionals receive timely information that affects their program status. Ensuring they have the maximum time available to plan upgrades in capabilities, our core focus is to ensure our community remains at the forefront of the technology domains in which they operate.
