NBX Bridged Extensions

Has anyone ran into trying to delay ring the secondary extension after the 2nd ring on a bridged extension?  Here is the set up. The main extension has 3 bridged extensions mapped to itself.  There are 3 secondary extensions one rings when the main phone rings ( that works fine) and the other two were requested to start ringing on the second ring.  That is where the problem starts, the two delay ring phones will flash showing the call ( I set the ring to 2) but will never ring.  Any ideas?

What version of code ? 

What type of NBX ? 

How many total tels ?
