Problem connecting new 3102 phone to NBX 100

I recently purchased a new 3102 Business Phone to replace a 3102 that had quit working. The phone shows up in the NetSet, but shows as a business phone rather than a 3102 business phone. It will not add to the proper group or download an image. Any assistance would be appreciated. The software on the call processor (NBX 100) is version 4.2.9

yes, support for the new 3102"B" phones is not in 4.2.9.. it is in 5.0.31 or 6.0 releases..



so, you can make a call. .but no button mapping
