以上機型的管理軟體是用"Management Homepage"嗎？



若登入"Management Homepage"右上角的Model出現"Unknown" Log無法清除，這樣狀況該如何解決？

若要重裝該如何重裝？(移除再重灌or直接重灌覆蓋？)



我用administrator登入"Management Homepage"右上角出現 Model"DL380G4" Administrator登入，這樣就可以刪除Log，只要Model出現Unknown就無法刪除Log，這是出了什麼問題呀？



有一台HP Proliant DL360G4 裝Fedora 那我要如何看硬體的狀態，跟"Mamagement Homepage"一樣的功能？

有For linux的Management Homepage嗎？在那下載？如何安裝，有操作手冊嗎？

HP(Compaq) -->HP Systems Insight Manager (SIM)OR Compaq Insight Manager (CIM)



Management Homepage屬於單機工具,其功能可與SIM或CIM結合



Management Homepage預設在未登入為ADMINISTRATOR時不能做任何動,若出現Unknown時表示無法判斷機型或不適用該款主機

Management Homepage可設定登入權限,依權限可使用不同功能

Management Homepage或SIM或CIM安裝完後建議都要重新開機,當然也可以重新起段服務啦,但是服務不依定可以重啟成功!

Proliant SERVER安裝完WINDOWS或LINUX建議都要安裝PSP(隨機都有附光碟SMARTSTART CD),其DRIVER與AGENT透過PSP更新或正確安裝後,才能確保相關HP-AP的可用性



For linux的Management Homepage,你可以用SMARTSTART CD 安裝LINUX PSP即可

As a workaround, to prevent the SMH data collection timeout from continuing to occur, perform the following:



Stop the Version Control Agent from the Service Applet and restart SMH.





Once the SMH the web-based interface is loaded properly, restart the Version Control Agent.

A future release of HP System Management Homepage will prevent the timeout from occurring. This advisory will be updated when more information is available.

我有台Compaq DL760白色機(不是G2)，他灌Smart Start7.3的System Management Homepage 出現Model: unknown，那我要去那查Compaq DL760可以Support的Version？

出現Model: unknown並不是Version有問題,您可以用以下方式處裡



1.Stop the Version Control Agent from the Service Applet and restart SMH.



2.Once the SMH the web-based interface is loaded properly, restart the Version Control Agent.



A future release of HP System Management Homepage will prevent the timeout from occurring. This advisory will be updated when more information is available.

也就是說請你去重新啟動Version Control Agent Service與SMH Service

這台Server之前有重開過，基本上Service應該重新啟動過，登入SMH之後Model仍是unknown，這是是要按照你所說要安裝下列三樣東西。



我記得我是用SmartStart7.2 or7.3 Install PSP的方式之後就安裝了SMH，這樣安裝的過程是否正確？

你的安裝過程是正確的沒錯,但是請注意我之前PO的內容中有提到

以你的狀況來看,建議你還是先反安裝SIM AGENT, Version Control Agent ,SMH!

然後在以先前內容中的超連結下載並重新安裝這些東西~!



建議未來安裝PSP或使用SmartStart CD時,不要使用7.2版本,因為我的經驗中7.2是有問題的!
