Re: Dr. Watson

Mar,

Are you running a DB on these servers or do they access a common DB?

Do you have TopTools or Toptools NetServer Agents installed? If so what version of Agents and Do you have any errors in the HEL (Hardware event log?)

Most of the Exception: access violation (0XC5) errors are DB caused that I've found so far...

Ciao,
Greg

Re: Dr. Watson

Hi Greg

No, I am not running a DB

I have Instant TopTools and TopTools Netserver Agents ver. 5.02. And I have not errors in the Hardware Event Log.

Re: Dr. Watson

Mar,

Uninstall those netserver agents. They are old and probably the cause of you error. If you use top tools then reinstall the newest agents Version 5.54/3 are available. If you don't use them then just keep Instant Top Tools installed.

Re: Dr. Watson

Thank you Greg

Yes, I use Top Tools, I did reinstall the newest agents and only the PDC (LH6000) still with the message.
