I've got a hotswap cage in my old LC II that I'm not sure is properly connected or not. It is not in RAID configuration, merely hooked up to the onboard controller. Does anyone know where I can find documentation to show the proper configuration? I notice there are two ultra scsi connectors and two yellow I20 ports on the drive cage backplane and I want to be sure I have the scsi cable and I20 ribbon hooked up to the appropriate ones since the visual redundancy makes placement questionable.

Re: HP LCII hot swap drive cage problem
Hi Marco,
Yes, this is what I needed, thanks. My inside top cover was partly removed so I couldn't definitely say which portion of the drive cage was the IN versus the Out ports and which port the I2C cable fit into. The system is now up and running.
Thanks again!
