HP Netraid Scsi on AsusP4P800X

OK, I updated Netraid Board at last firmware version, now, I build a RAID 5 with 3 Hdu's Lvd320 Fujitsu map366, ok, setup raid ok, format, test consistency of raid ok, but I install Win2003SBE, ok, but at 1° restart error : "boot error".
Why ???

The NetRAID cards were designed to work in Netservers (only) with HP drives. HP did not test Windows 2003 with the NetRAID, you will see mixed results with Netservers and people trying to get 2003 working.
The drives you are using are much faster than any of the Netserver hard drives, so this is a problem as well.
