LH 3000 tries to start and stop on it's own
I have a LH3000 that starts on its own. It also shuts down on it's own and then tries to restart repeatedly. The error message says server shut down from front panel. This repeats every 15 to 20 seconds. How do I tell it the front switch is bad or if it is the power management board?

Re: LH 3000 tries to start and stop on it's own
Hi JR,
The easiest way to rule out the front panel controller is to disconnect it from the power management board. It doesn't need to be connected for the server to function; just to turn it on and off. When it's powering up, disconnect it.
How far into the POST does it get before restarting? It may not even be a power issue.
