I want to make upgrade of a LH3000 server - add secondary disk cage and 6 HDD's.
I found that i must install D9158A-Cage upgrade kit and D8551A-Power supply upgrade kit.
My question is what is included in that kits?
Need I additional cabel kit to connect cage?
Is power fans included in power upgrade kit?
Need I additional power module if i want to have power rudundanci and what is P/N of it(if power fans are included in power upgrade kit)?
Thank You in advance!
Peter K.

Solutiono hot-swap mass storage cage with filler panels
o screws to mount it
o SCSI cable to connect the hot-swap cage
o Mass Storage Upgrade Guide
D8551A contains:
o power supply module
o power supply fan module
o power cord for power supplies 3 and 4
o Power Supply Upgrade Guide
You don't need any additional cable nor another power module. In LH3000 the third one provides redundancy and the fourth is not used.

Re: LH3000 Upgrade
For power load balancing and fault tolerance the optional 3rd (or 4th) power supply is recommended. It is part number D8551A.
Note: With 3 power supplies, there will now be two power cords.
