LH6000 with UPS

Hi,
I have an LH6000 netserver connected at an UPS with serial management console. I have Win NT installed on the server.
Few hours after the AC power is down, the UPS slowly shut down the server. The server remains in "It's now safe to turn off your computer" screen.
I need a way to reset the server when the AC power turn ON again without human intervention.
Can anybody help me? I don't know many details about the UPS right now. it's an usual UPS with an serial port.

Since there is no "soft switch" in the Netserver BIOS to control the power, you must have a UPS Power Management software program that will do it.
So what UPS model is it, and what UPS software management do you have installed?
