Local Top Tools (v?; have NetServer Navigator CD 18.10) running on HP LH4 running NT4.0 SP6 will no longer run. IE comes up, splash screen "Loading Top Tools for Servers...", then get a "done" in IE lower left status bar, and that's it. No recent system changes made. In the meantime, cannot monitor RAID array, and on latest reboot, failed with message: "0080-51: NetServer Management Controller Selftest failure". Power cycled to clear. Cooincidence? Have tried "running" all html files in \winnt\ttserver\apps\server, nothing will run. Have tried reloading TT, cycling svc SNMP, no change. Hesitant to uninstall Netserver Agents, impact? Any ideas? Thanks.

Solution
Hi Mahlon,
If you still have that problem flash the bios to the latest and that should solve the issue. You can download the latest BIOS in this link
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?locale=en_US〈=English&pnameOID=15383&prodSeriesId=50450&prodTypeId=15351&basePartNum=ns1783&locBasepartNum=ns1783en&os=Cross+OS&tech=BIOS
I would recommend to unibstall and reinstall the ITT which you can download from this link
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?locale=en_US〈=English&pnameOID=15383&prodSeriesId=50450&prodTypeId=15351&basePartNum=COL3287&locBasepartNum=ns-11141-1&os=Microsoft+Windows+NT+4.0&tech=Utility++HP+Server+Agents
I hope thsi will help
regards
