NETSERVER RACK STORAGE/12

Can anybody tell how to go about upgrading the firmware in a NETSERVER RACK STORAGE/12 STYLE D5989CV?
There is a red light blinking in the front panel but so far there is no loss of performance; I found out that this may be just a false alarm due to a firmware bug.
I need some help ASAP!
