Hi Cindy,
Often, we see this issue relating to the I/O cache module on the I/O board. Sometimes reseating it resolves it but not always. When the issue followed the drives, that could indicate that there is a drive that is hanging the controller. With the drives removed from the original server, has the POST error gone away? If so, put the drives back in and power up. Look for 2 solid green LED's on one of the drives. When the drives first get power, both LED's go on to indicate that it is spinning up. If the second LED doesn't go off, it means the drive hasn't completed the spin-up process. Remove the drive and see if the server continues POST'ing.
