NetServer LH3 Upgrade to Windows 2K3

Has any one upgraded an LH3 to Windows 2003 Server? We are currently running 2000 and have interest in upgrading to 2003. Thanks for the input.

yes, I have and yes, it works fine with two exceptions.
video...you'll need to put in a PCI video card, any old PCI card will do, I pulled one out of a Systemax 266mhz PC otherwise you will not have a decent resolution. It booted off the card immediately without any help from me.
The original server network card in the long PCI slot at the bottom is not recognized by 2003 but the old standard Netserver NIC in the regular PCI slot works great.

G'day Jeff.
I found that the NetRaid driver included with SBS2k3 caused unstable operation and reverted to the 2000 driver. No problems since.
