Netserver LC 2000 Curser & Blank Screen Re-Install W2K

We are currently experiencing a problem with the rebuild of a Netserver LC 2000 with a NETRAID 1Si Raid Controller. We currently have a RAID 5 Config split into a C and D partition. "D has data on it" and are trying to reinstall windows 2000 server standard onto the C partition. The server boots from CD and we then press F6 load the NETRAID 1Si Raid Controller Drivers. The files are then copied and the server as per normal restarts, however once the server has restarted it should go into the next stage of the installation process however there is just a curser on a blank screen flashing and that is all. We have completed the HP diag tools tests and they look fine. We have formatted the C partition and attempted the install a number of times however we have had no success.

Any thoughts or suggestions. Please Help
