Netserver LH3000 sends HUGE que to printer after backup
Oops! my first message should have read like this:
Our Netserver LH3000 u3 sends a print out to our network printer (HP5000n),after each backup. The only problem is that on multiple occasions (and always randomly) it will send the printer a job of printing nearly a MILLION sheets of the last line of the printing job. Of course it only prints what we have of paper in the printer, and I try to cancel the printing job, but it is such a huge number it takes FOREVER to cancel it. What we end up doing is turning off all the office computers and restart the server. As you can imagine, this gets pretty tedious and wastes valuable work time...not to mention paper!
If anyone has any answers to this delima, thank you very much in advance!

Re: Netserver LH3000 sends HUGE que to printer after backup
Hello Shelley;
ODD; Very ODD;
Check if all the Firmwares & Drivers for the Server as well as the PRINTER is the latest one.
Does this happen if you happen to print something from other servers ?? Any Instances ??
Regards,
James.
