RS-12 expansion

My customer have RS-12 with 4x73GB orig. HP HDD in RAID 5 connected to LT6000r on NetRaid 3Si .He bought 2xHP HotSwap trays and 2xSeagate U320 73GB HDD's .We trying to expand this RAID5 ,but when it is 100% done ,one of the new disks fail .We try it again ,but same result - same disk failed .I've changed that drive and tray ,but this new drive failed too .
RS-12 and 3Si have newest firmaware .See attached log .
