I have problems at installing hpserver-core on a Linux Netserver LH Pro system. Does anyone know something about it?
I really appreciate.

Re: Top Tools installation on RH 7.2 Linux Systems
I want to install Top Tools agents for R.H. 7.2 in a Netserver LH Pro and I had problems installing hpserver-core which is needed before installing Top Tools agents, however, it shows errors. I have checked the list Greg included on the other message.
I think I should use another Netserver architecture which supports Top Tools on RH 7.2. Is that true?

Re: Top Tools installation on RH 7.2 Linux Systems
That would be the recommended and easiest path for you. Otherwise you would have to build your own code for the LHpro. I haven't tried to install the agents on an older box. I've only installed the instant top tools on the LH3000.
Good luck,
Greg

Re: Top Tools installation on RH 7.2 Linux Systems
I have a HP Netserver LH 3000 too.
Can i configure email notification for every hardware events, like harddisk error, if i have the top tools ??
And where can i get the top tools today? HP will never sell them.
