Toptools agent installation issues

Hi,

I have encountered "Server Name:xxx. The network name cannot be found. Cannot connect to server" while installing Instant TopTools and Server agents version 5.55. Hardware is netserver LH6000 running Win2000 SP4 Terminal server.

I have tried the installation from the console but get the same error. DNS and WINS entries are verified to be unique.
