Upgrading LH3 to LH4?

I have a Netserver LH3, and am considering the upgrade to a LH4, since I already have the CPUs, and VRMs.

So, that being the case, is the main system board the only thing that has to be changed?

Also, from what I can tell from the few pictures that I can find around, the LH4 can handle 4 processors, vs. the 2 that my LH3 has. That being the case, do I need 2 terminator boards to go with these 2 processors?

It comes as a kit with all the need hardware.
Yes, unused CPU slots are filled with terminators. Yes, there are 4

OK, last question. Do I need 2 VRMs (one for each processor slot that will be filled), or do I need 4?
