netserver LC2000R and SDLT320 + Linux

where can i find driver for SDLT320 and Linux RedHat RHEL for my Netserver LC2000R ?
The generic SCSI driver don't work. Can't label a tape with Arcserve or Arkeia for exemple, or can't write on the tape with tar -cvf /dev/st0 /home/patrice -> tar: /de/st0: ne peut open: Erreur d'entree/sortie

Coul'd you help me ? Thank's a lot.
