hi,
i have no idea about raid 5. accidently i remove one hdd from raid 5.now how i can add it
agin in my present RAID 5 ?

also i want total imformation about RAID 5,means how build hardware RAID 5 in server and their trouble shooting ?

You can read the NetRAID User Guide.
Removing one drive from the RAID 5 causes only a 'degraded' warning, meaning the redundency is lost. If another was to fail or be removed, the data is lost. You simply replace the removed drive. The defualt on HP RAID controllers is to rebuild Automatically. If this is turned off or not available, then you simply have to command the controller to rebuild the RAID using the newly inserted disk.
