AIO600 System Recovery does not work

AIO600 System Recovery does not work

We have an AIO600. The product number is AG536A. The product number is displayed correctly in the BIOS.

The array config has been deleted and we are trying to restore from the System Recovery DVD. We have both versions of the recovery DVD 1.0 and 1.0.1. Both versions give us the following message when trying to restore - "This Proliant Storage Server Model is not supported by this quick restore DVD"

We have been working with HP support on this for weeks and have not been able to get resolution.

Can anyone help us? Thanks in advance.

Hi Steve,
I'm not sure what is going on. One thing I would like you to try is the latest version of the AiO restore (1.3.0, released Sept '07).
Can you give me the name of your support contact?

I can make an FTP site for you. Unfortunately, it takes me as much time to upload (~2hrs) as it will for you to download. I'll respond again with the site.
This site will only be good for a few days.

I downloaded the image and tried to run the restore. Unfortunately I recieved the same error message. Is there anything else we can try?
