DL100 G2 not booting / not showing os Array in adaptec 2420SA

Hi
I have one DL 100 G2 NAS 500Gb*4=SATA HDD
which was working fine upto yesterday night,
Today it is not booting & showing
Following array have missing member
Array#0 RAID5 15 gb
Array#1 RAID5 1.3 TB
Press Enter to accept changed configuration
After 30 sec it will automatically accept changed configuration.

In ACU (ctrl+A) it is showing array#1 RAID5 1.3 TB

Array status OK


(there is no physical hardware erorr!
only hdd 1 failing the disk verification test)

And can we recover the data from my 1.3 TB Array#1 Raid 5 ??
