NAS 1200_1TB - RAID5 error

HI,

from some day DISK 2 of the nas1200s marks it "online(errors)". the disc with the ignited machine can be changed without to extinguish it, also why now my unit from 674GB is not available and the only solution what that I can make from "disk management" and of "reactivate volume". thanks in advance
