hp surestore hd4000

After an abnormal shutdown, i'm unable to access a directory ("unable to access [dir]. the system cannot find the drive"). in the event log appears the warning message:
"Warning HTFS:27 htfs: dir
bad magic, dp = 73fac00, off = 49b5808".
Disk checks are all ok. if it's not a hardware problem, how can i reconstruct the directory structure without re-installing?
