APA : Protocol already logged on port 1

I'm trying to configure HP APA on my HPUX 11iv3 server but i get this error whenever i execute "/sbin/init.d/hpapa start" :

"Error : Protocol already logged on port 1"

my interfaces are down and unplumbed.

 

I'm stuck with it since two days. Someone can help me ?

I figured out that the interfaces were still connected to the vswitches, so i halted them and it's fine now.
