Broadcom 1/10 GbE Driver update - Fails to install driver

Hi all,
I am trying to install the latest driver for this interface (hp-netxtreme2-5.2.57-3.src.rpm)
When I go to step 3. Build the binary RPM for the hp-netxtreme2 and hp-netxtreme2-bnx2id packages.
# cd /usr/src/redhat
# rpmbuild -bb SPECS/hp-netxtreme2.spec
This not working, getting the following issue:

[root@cal-colon-xmp-1 redhat]# rpmbuild -bb SPECS/hp-netxtreme2.spec
error: Failed build dependencies:
kernel-devel-i386 = package is needed by hp-netxtreme2-5.2.57-3.i386

I already have that package.
Any idea?!
Thanks!

So:
# yum list kernel-devel-i386

reports the package as installed ?
Every problem has at least one solution. Only some solutions are harder to find.
