Configuring sftp-server with security compartments

Hi.

Does anybody know how to configure server sftp (HPUX 11.31 IA) in security compartments?

Client connects to server using sftp and should be reduced rights to own directory.

Must have rights to write file (sending by sftp) and should haven't perrmision to delete this file.

Is it possible to configure this feature using security compartments? (privileges, roles, etc.)

Or, if you know another way to apply this feature, please tell, how.
