We have two servers domain controller with Microsoft windows 2000 server in a different microsoft domain (ex pippo.it and pippo.ch).
Between this machine there are two firewall cisco pix 515.
Both machines have a firewall ip address nat.
We need to create a domain trust connection, but we have problems.

Re: DNS Problem
Sounds to me rather like a firewall problem than a DNS problem. I suggest to go to your firewall admin a look together through the pix settings.

Re: DNS Problem
Sounds like the PIX Firewall is stopping DNS traffic. Have your FW admin setup a rule that allows two-way communication between your Domain Controllers. This will fix that problem.
The old law of an eye for an eye leaves everyone blind.
